HHH General Meeting - Shawls and Scarves

Join us for Shawls and Scarves with Pat Steinhoff.

We will meet 6:30-8:00 pm in the Courtyard Room at DAC.  President Pat Steinhoff will give a talk on various types of shawls, mobius wraps, scarves and discuss appropriate yarns for drape and finishing. Pat has been weaving for nearly 50 years and loves weaving shawls and scarves for friends and family on the (cold) mainland. Please bring your own shawls and scarves for ‘show and discuss’.  Pat is also teaching the ten week “Weaving a Shawl or Scarves” class which runs for ten weeks, beginning Tuesday October 18, 1 – 4 pm.

MAP Downtown Art Center - Parking in building, Chinatown Gateway Garage, enter on Bethel Street. Weekday rate: $3.00 for two hours, $1.50 for additional 30 minutes. Weekend rate: $.50 for 30 minutes, maximum fee of $3.00.  All Day weekday pass: park your car before 10 am, take your ticket back up to the person in the kiosk and request the $10 all day pass.  All transactions in cash.
